*Video submissions must be no more than three (3) minutes in length.Video submissions and/or jokes must not contain any profanity, obscene language, graphic sexual content (including sexually explicit gestures) or references that are illegal, pornographic or obscene, or otherwise inappropriate in the RSMS staff’s sole discretion.

Video submissions must not infringe upon any rights of any third party including without limitation, copyright, trademark and right of publicity or privacy.

Video submissions may not contain commercial products (e.g., clothing, toys, food) and/or their trademarks, brands, logos or endorsements.

Jokes must be the original creation of the comedian submitting them and not previously submitted in other competitions.

Video submissions and/or jokes must not contain: derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual or religious groups, humiliate other people (publicly or otherwise), or otherwise assault or threaten others.

If any individuals, in addition to the comedian, are featured in the video submission, each comedian warrants and represents that he or she has obtained permission from each person who appears in the submission.

No cash prizes or compensation of any type shall be provided to the featured comedian whose submission is selected for broadcast by the RSMS.
